He will be joined by a full band of brothers in an original, never-before-seen concert, live on Kahilu.TV. The band of brothers include Kata Maduli, Shawn Pimental, Blayne Asing, and Kalaʻe Parish. This exclusive show will livestream on Kahilu.TV Saturday, April 10, 2021, at 4pm HST.
Brother Noland is a legacy Hawaiian artist. He is a composer, innovator, and—as a traditional Hawaiian man—a storyteller. Music is his way of sharing these stories. Born and raised in the Hawaiian Islands, Brother Noland has deeply influenced contemporary Hawaiian music with timeless hits such as “Coconut Girl” and “Big Ship”. Brother Noland has been awarded multiple Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards (the Hawaiian version of the Grammy’s) and he also received both the Slack Key Legacy Award (2018) and the Lifetime Achievement Award (2019) for his dedication and commitment to Hawaiian music. Along with his award-winning music, Brother Noland’s achievements and contributions go deep into Hawaiian culture as he’s continuously contributed his other skills as an author, artist, poet, philanthropist, mentor, musician, and teacher every chance he gets. Brother Noland has long been a staple of the islands and his legend reaches far and wide. The world of Brother Noland is that of a pure Hawaiian vision
