West Hawaii Dance Theatre presents Rikki Tikki Tavi Ballet with an Acte D’Overture that highlights WHDT’s students and teaching artists in a variety of offerings including the Spanish flavored classic ballet Paquita.

Newly choreographed by Timour Bourtasenkov, Rikki Tikki Tavi is an original family-friendly story ballet based on Rudyard Kippling classic book with music by Alfred Schnittke.

Of great courage and loyalty, little mongoose Rikki stands in the face of danger from two slithering cobras, Nag and Nagaina, to protect his adopted family.
